Individualized daily programming from the staff at Our Place encourages wellness and education through state-of-the-art programming and customized daily activities to fit each resident's individual interests and abilities. Enhancing each individual's quality of life is our goal, while maintaining an emphasis on independence and dignity. By partnering with residents' families, we are able to implement activities and interests that support each individual, ultimately creating a sense of purpose in their lives.
Residence Amenities
Our Place is a community of 13 apartments that creates an intimate setting where strong relationships are built between residents, staff and families.

- Visual cues to orient residents to their surroundings
- Enclosed courtyard
- All utilities (except telephone) including electricity, water, cable, sewer and trash collection
- Studio, one or two-bedroom apartment homes
- Beautifully landscaped, outdoor, secure memory care garden
- Safe and secure screened-in balcony
- Dining room and kitchen – designed for resident use
- Window coverings and wall-to-wall carpeting
- Fire/smoke detector and sprinkler system
- Private bathroom with walk-in shower, grab bars, heat lamps and access to a 24-hour emergency call system
Services included in the monthly fee
- Three daily meals served in a private home-like dining room where residents are encouraged to dine independently
- Assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Personal laundry with linen and towel service
- Tailored personal care and health-related services, as needed
- 24-hour emergency call system and staffing
- Regular blood pressure, weight and nutritional status checks
- Staff members trained in addressing the needs of those with memory loss
- State-of-the-art programming that reinforces capabilities and enhances independence
- Social, recreational, musical and spiritual programs designed to meet resident interests and attention spans
