Assisted Living 
Our lives are constantly changing. If and when your needs change, it's reassuring to know that we will bring our support to you. At The Inn on Westport we are licensed, as an Assisted Living facility, to provide you with personal care services around-the-clock, 365 days a year. Services are comprehensive and you select only those services when you need them.
While receiving our assisted living services, you will receive all the same services as the Independent Living resident, with special attention to your medical needs as listed below:
Services included in the monthly fee:
- Three chef-prepared meals daily
- Weekly housekeeping, linen and towel service
- Social, recreational, educational and spiritual programs designed to meet resident needs and interests
- Case management services by a licensed nurse
- Access to a 24-hour emergency call system
- Regular blood pressure checks and weight monitoring
- Daily administration of medication
- Daily monitoring for side effects and effectiveness
- Ordering of medication
- Communication with the Physician and Pharmacist
- Assistance with an Ala Carte Service weekly (such as a load of laundry or a shower)
- Scheduled transportation
- Exercise programs
